Home of Dr. Maria Ramirez Hubbard. We provide comprehensive neurobehavioral evaluations including but not limited to memory loss, confusion*, absent mindedness, distractibility, word finding difficulties, progressive loss of thinking and reasoning abilities, forgetfulness and poor attention. We take care of conditions such as Dementia, Brain injury, Alzheimer, Lewy Body disease, Frontotemporal Dementia, Concussion, Intellectual Disability and many others form of cognitive impairment.
We also provide advise to prevent or diminish memory loss and achieve succesful aging.
*Some conditions require referral from a primary physician that has evaluated the patient for other medical causes of confusion such as alterations in blood sugar and other metabolic disorders.

I finished Medical School at UPR School of Medicine, Puerto Rico.
Boston City Hospital and then Boston University were my Alma Maters for Neurology Residency and Behavioral Neurology Fellowship.
I am board certified in Neurology and Brain Injury Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I also hold certifications from the American Society Of Neurorehabilitation and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.
My career spans over 25 years, with experience in all areas of neurology in particular memory loss and cognitive deterioration.
I truly enjoy my patient-physician interactions and provide compassionate care to the patient and the family.
I am licensed in multiple states and can provide my services in Florida, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico and Texas. Currently offering telemedicine only.
